Halin Woad - A very secretive and little spoken of brotherhood of Elven foresters who roam the Silver Shang.

Halls of the Ebony Horrors - An odd place, little spoken of in the country.  Most Falohyrians will pointedly ignore references to this place, preferring to forget it exists.  Some, however, know its tales and with enough drink or coin will tell the tales of its darkness, the incessant weeping and teeth-gnashing cries of its inhabitants; they may speak of the whispers that echo in silence and never depart from one who hears them, or even, with fearful looks about them and a twist of their fingers against evil speak of the horrors themselves...

Hammers of Heldoré -  A close, secretive brotherhood of Dwarves who have sworn fell and powerful oaths in the service of Heldoré.  Little is known about them though they dabble in politics and military affairs, swaying things towards their unknown goals.  Their concentration of powers seems to lie in Arduin, though they have been rumored to work in Talafar, Viruelandia and even far away Chund.

Hamz Aleph - dark and sinewy people who dwelled in the southern coast and jungle areas of the continent of Khaora.

Heaven Siege - An ambiguous time in the hoary past when mortals warred with the gods and challenged their will and dominance of the world.  The tales of this time is told and retold through the eons, kindling fire in the bellies of would-be heroes, eyes agleam with the thought of challenging the gods in all their glory...

Hekate - One of the goddesses of the Olympic Mysteries, worshipped frequently in the Misty Isles and the Amazon Motherland.

Heldoré - Dwarven originated, the cult is a large one. Dwarven legends say it was her hand that formed the Dwarves from the soil and gave them life. Her edicts are strict and precise, just like her people. She is thought of as "the greatest metal smith in the Multiverse" and is worshiped in immense underground temples full of clanging metal and belching flames. Her ‘center’ of worship is in the nation of Arduin, in the Mickleback Mountains, and widely elsewhere on Khaas.

Helieosi - Another name for the Olympic Mysteries God Helios. His sign in Khaas is a leaping flame; used most widely in Viruelandia

Helios Mountain - A trick. Or, rather a ghost mountain seen only during the right light of the sun as it travels across the world. It lies somewhere in northwest Arduin, only visible to those who understand the workings of the chariot wheel and can apply it to Arduin's land.

Hell Bore - This nexus yawned open in the Prismatic Mountains like the mouth of hell.  It disgorged hundreds of foul creatures into the world, until a brave few gave their lives at the multihued stone foundations of the gate to seal it closed with their blood an sacrifice.  The rune of their blood and souls is said to light the night sky on the darkest evenings  in the mountains.

Hell Wurm Fens - a dangerous area with hellish, fouled water and fetid, brimstone springs. The polluted, flooded wasteland is thick with treacherous areas of sucking quicksand and bubbling pools of brimstone. Slate gray mists float heavy and bloated with moisture over the fens, beguiling the foolish into death or worse. The fouled waters of this place are home to numerous strange beasts, changed in bizarre or weird ways by the multitude of pollutants or the hard radiation present in the fens. Those few who chose to dwell in or on the edges of the fen avoid these areas as best as possible. Unfortunately, many of the best areas for mining the brimstone pools and other minerals are near irradiated or heavily toxic points in the fens.

Hellflash - A lesser demon that is described as a black, coruscating, vaguely man-shaped electrical energy approximately 7 feet or so tall.

The 21 Hells - The 21 planes that are the origin of the lesser and greater demons that terrorize Khaas.

Hill Haven - A town in the Mickleback Mountains of Arduin.

HIM - This god has a moderately large, popular religion centered in Morvaen though little known outside of these confines (fairly popular in Arduin and hated in Khorsar). The deity is or resides within the massive gas cloud that covers a tenth of the southwestern night sky. This is the state religion of Morvaen and is headquartered in the same land.

Hlalaploor - This hermaphroditic deity is the penultimate manifestation of disease, pestilence, hunger, and corruption (as in the corruption of the grave).

House of the Rising Sun - The House of the Rising Sun is a fully Elven household and one of the most famous and infamous in all Arduin.  Formerly headed by King Elric’s half brother, Jothar De Linden, it was under Royal Ban for nearly 25 years, then under Royal Edict for another 75 years—all for charges of treasons and high crimes against the crown. Only in the last three years has the edict been lifted and all restrictions removed. All past ties with the family formerly heading this noble household have been utterly and irrevocably severed and destroyed. The new family heading his house is the Dawnstar line. This is an old house, formed by Elves returning after the Accords of Arduin and enduring since.  Its blood is old and harks back to the legendary line of Dawnstar Kings and Queens who ruled before the Nexus Wars.  The house was originally formed under the De Linden family when they returned to Arduin after the accords of peace.  Only much later did true descendants of the Dawnstar family return to Arduin.

Howling Forest -  The forest is well known for is rich and diverse wildlife.  The forest teems and bustles with creatures of all kinds; the dance of hunter and prey played out time, and time again under the branches of the thick trees. The ecosystem of the forest is tough and malleable; a blend of minerals, nutrients, and not a little magic creating a robust and vibrant atmosphere that flora and fauna thrive on.
