Ulgotha - Ulgotha is almost exclusively a Goblin God, though it is popular with a few of the wilder Kobbitt clans. Orcs and Urukk often find a place in the bloody rites of Ulgotha, seeing a place for themselves in the chaotic and evil ways of this god. The religion is found in small numbers worldwide and is symbolized by a ring with a large, real, and evil looking eye upon the top that is ebon black but bloodshot at the same time.
Undaggita - Basically the Tallassan equivalent to a master of feng shui.
Under Malaise - a sickness that typically afflicts
lightsiders though some nightsiders have contracted it as well. Creatures infected slowly become weaker and weaker with no other outside affects. After a few days they literally fade from existence, forever gone!
Uquiliu Venting - Volcanic area of the Cerulean Sea approximately 160 miles
eastward of the island country of the Misty Isles. Most avoid this area, seeing it not only accursed by also a site of shame. Here,
good intentions let loose great evil.
** - During the Misty Mountain Wars, a poor priestess of Hekate
bargained for
more than she could ever manage and loosed something terrible beyond imagining, foul beyond sight to view, and more horrible
than darkness could conceal. Its appetite devoured three fleets and thousands of Amazons before it was driven forth into
the dark waters of the Cerulean Sea. Unslain, despite all their attempts, it roams the world still, devouring anything it
crosses with an appetite unquenched until death or the last bite which consumes all there is in this world.
Ceadeal la'Matirine
attempted to drive this terror into the Maelstrom, hoping the destructive forces of the Hell-sent nexus there would consume it.
She failed and the light of her brave soul and crew were extinguished with one hellish snap of its jaws.
Ur, or the Society of Ur - The people of Urlabur are about two feet tall, very pale skinned and highly developed physically. They have a sophisticated agriculture and the use of bronze tools and weapons. But it is not the strength of their limbs that sets the Ur (as they call themselves) apart. The blending of their social and mental communion is what imparts their strength. The Ur have a communal psyche that allows them to grow more intelligent as their numbers increase. Individuals are quite dull while tight knit groups are powerfully keen of intellect.
Urandos - This greater demoness is called the Blizzard Queen. She is well versed in bardic and rune singer lore and sings beautiful and haunting ballads of doom and lost love. She is called on for more reasons, as she has many interests and powers, but mainly for her knowledge of cold things and bardic lore. She accepts blue diamonds as payments but is capricious and fey in her dealings with summoners. Legends hint at her occasionally taking a lesser being as a lover from time to time.
Urlabur - one of the more bizarre worlds Mounavernor traveled to in his nexus jumping. Everything here is smaller than their equivalents in Khaas and while the world seems of reduced size, it (according to statistics Mounavernor seemed confident in quoting) supports around 45 million people. The people here are called the Ur.
Urukk Menace - A short lived
idea by a pretender Duke of Falohyr who used his
fake noble title to dominate the border lands near the
Withered Lands. This Duke, one
Peotry NuCaithii, managed to gather to his banner around a thousand Urukk,
Orcs, Kobolds and Hawkmen. This would be army and dukedom was smashed
by the Falohyrian nobles Lady Gine Skeeil and Count Morviea Lacou and their
armies. The remains of the Urukk lead force ran amok in the area for
nearly two dozen years before finally being killed or ran off.
